Any money that has been paid via Osko or Beem It must have cleared in my account BEFORE I will commence with the booking. *CANCELLATION POLICY* If you cannot make your booking you may reschedule for another time within 4 weeks of the initial booking, as long as a minimum of 48 hours notice is given. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice the deposit is forfeited. You may only cancel and reschedule your booking ONCE. If you cancel and reschedule more than once then the initial deposit is forfeited and you will need to pay a new deposit.
